Holland House

Our newest project is located at 20-22 Holland Street, only a short 5-minute walk from Rochdale Town Centre. Rochdale is also a very diverse town, with people from various ethnicities, including refugees. There are many community and faith groups that are easily accessible including several mosques and churches. This building is conveniently located next to multiple forms of public transport and is easily accessed.

We have a space of 24 beds, with 24-hour on-site staff available. Here, we provide accommodation and housing management support to single males aged 18 and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Holland House also offers accommodation for 3 females located in the basement floor with a separate entrance. It is fully self-contained with a designated kitchen area, bathroom and lounge space.
