We provide similar services across all our projects, to ensure our tenants are provided with the care they require and are treated fairly. We ensure our staff are thoroughly trained to provide exceptional care for all tenants in our housing project. Our training program covers comprehensive modules on safety protocols, effective communication, conflict resolution, and cultural sensitivity. Staff members receive hands-on training and regular workshops to stay updated on best practices and policies. By fostering a knowledgeable and empathetic team, we guarantee that every tenant receives respectful, consistent, and high-quality support tailored to their unique needs.
A layout of the services we offer and measures we take to provide effective care for our tenants can be read below:
- A housing officer is allocated for each resident and will aim to meet them 2 times per week to assist with their long term housing plan.
- An Individualised Housing Plan is completed with each resident and we will work with them to help them fully achieve their desired outcomes. This plan will also help residents to work towards long-term permanent housing. The aim is to help individuals build a future that will see them thriving and embracing their personal qualities and break the cycle of repeat homelessness.
- Our support will spread across a range of areas where the service user feels they need the most help. We will use our expertise to suggest any areas that we feel must be strengthened to reach the desired outcomes. We will support residents to be independent by empowering them to make their own decisions.
- Our staff realise that each person is unique and therefore we will work together with the service users to tailor their plan to achieve the best possible outcomes to meet their individual needs.
- Our staff will help residents at Revive Hub to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to maintain a structured lifestyle first before assisting them with identifying long-term accommodation.
